Cancellation Policy
Some items in our store are available as a subscription, a pre-order, or through our Virtual Try-On feature. Here's how each one works, and how to make changes if you need to.
When you subscribe, you're set up for recurring deliveries based on the duration and frequency you choose — and your subscription automatically renews at the end of each term unless you cancel. Your payment method is stored securely and charged for each delivery, unless you've chosen to pay in advance. You can cancel or change your subscription anytime. Just find the link in any of your order confirmation emails to manage it directly, or reach out to our team and we'll take care of it for you.

A pre-order lets you secure an item before it's back in stock or officially released. We collect the full amount at checkout, and your order ships as soon as it's ready.
Estimated ship dates are shown on the product page and again when you add the item to your cart, so you always know what to expect before you buy.
You're free to cancel your pre-order any time before it ships. Once it's shipped, the order itself can't be cancelled, but you're welcome to request a refund. Refunds on pre-orders are issued as store credit — our standard policy. If your situation calls for something different, reach out to our team; we review these case-by-case and are able to refund your original payment method.

A pre-made item is already completed and ready to ship. We process your order as quickly as possible, and it typically ships within 1–2 business days of purchase. Once your order has shipped, delivery generally takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Estimated delivery timeframes are shown at checkout so you know what to expect before you buy. You're free to cancel your order any time before it ships.
