At Timeloop Visionz, certain products may be available for pre-order. This can happen in different situations—such as when an item is sold out, a new release is on the way, or we’re preparing for a restock.

When you place a pre-order, payment is collected immediately to secure your item. By confirming your order, you authorize Timeloop Visionz to charge your selected payment method at that time.

An estimated ship date will always be shown on the product page. Please keep in mind that this is only an estimate and not a guaranteed shipping date. Once your order has shipped, delivery may take 10–15 business days depending on your location.

If you decide you no longer want a pre-ordered item, you have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. To do so, send your order number and refund request to contact@timeloopvisionz.store. Once your request is approved, the refund will be returned to the original payment method.

Please note that items not purchased as pre-orders are only eligible for store credit, not a direct refund.

Timeloop Visionz will do its best to ship your pre-ordered items as close to the estimated date as possible. Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on availability.

When placing a pre-order with Timeloop Visionz, you’ll need to provide accurate shipping and payment details. It’s your responsibility to make sure this information is correct and up to date.

Please also provide a valid email address and check it regularly for updates about your order, including any potential delays (don’t forget to check your spam folder). Timeloop Visionz cannot be held responsible for issues caused by incorrect or outdated information, and we aren’t required to track down updated contact or shipping details.

Timeloop Visionz may update or revise these Pre-Order Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on our website, and by continuing to place pre-orders or use the site after updates are posted, you agree to the revised terms.

Timeloop Visionz is not responsible for any damages or losses that may occur due to shipping delays. This includes, without limitation, any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
