Can I change the color/size of what I just ordered?

Once your order is successfully placed, it’s sent into processing right away and quickly moves to our warehouse for shipment. Because we aim to ship your order as fast as possible, please email us right away and we'll see if possible!

If your order arrives and you're not completely satisfied, no worries — we offer exchanges with the exchange policy listed , returns for store credit. Just reach out and we’ll gladly help and get it sorted.

Can I exchange my order?

Orders can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery. To start your exchange, please review our Refund Policy and follow the steps through to Return. Returns are issued as a gift card, which you can use to place a new order on our website.

For international returns, please contact our customer support team at support@timeloopvisionz.store for assistance.

I forgot to add an item to my order, can I make a change before it ships?

Once your order has been completed, the order goes as fast as it can to processing and then it’s sent to the warehouse to ship. Please place a new order on the website for the additional items or email us right away and our customer support team will try to quickly make the changes.

I’m between sizes, what do you recommend?

Please refer to our "Try It On" feature for the perfect fit. Keep in mind all collections are unisex and designed to fit true to size. If you still need assistance, please email us for additional help.

Can you help with a damaged product?

We apologize for the damaged item you received. Please send a photo of the damage along with your order details to support@timeloopvisionz.store, and we’ll be happy to assist you. Kindly note that damaged items reported after 5 days from delivery cannot be returned or refunded.

How do I wash the clothes?

  • Wash items inside out
  • Cold wash
  • Air dry for no shrinkage
  • Avoid using fabric softeners and bleach
