Pre-Made Items

Orders for pre-made items are processed and prepared for shipment.

  • All in-stock items (excluding styles noted otherwise) are ready to ship 

  • For questions about your order, our support team is available at support@timeloopvisionz.store and will respond promptly to your inquiries.


Pre-Order Items

At Timeloop Visionz, certain products may be available for pre-order. This can happen in different situations—such as when an item is sold out, a new release is on the way, or we’re preparing for a restock.

When you place a pre-order, payment is collected immediately to secure your item. By confirming your order, you authorize Timeloop Visionz to charge your selected payment method at that time.

An estimated ship date will always be shown on the product page. Please keep in mind that this is only an estimate and not a guaranteed shipping date.

Address Accuracy & Reshipments

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping details when placing an order.

  • We are not liable for packages returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address.

  • If your order is returned to us for this reason, you will be required to cover all reshipping costs.

  • Please email us immediately if you need to update your shipping address, as our fulfillment process is very quick and orders are prepared for shipment almost immediately.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.

  • We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or undelivered once in the carrier’s possession.

  • In such cases, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to file a claim or open an investigation.


International Orders

  • Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees required by their country.

  • These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid at the time of delivery.

  • Orders returned due to unpaid customs fees will not be refunded.
